Yesterday we went for a little adventure out to Talache beach on lake Pend Oreille and threw rocks into the water.

Tofu with couscous

So we have been trying to make an effort to eat healthier and not support commercial factory meat. We are in no way becoming vegetarians(not that it's bad). We watched some online videos from goveg.com that made us really think about where we get our meat from. Just a little warning, the videos we watched were not for a light stomach. Anyway to get to the point of the pictures. We tried tofu, which for a meat and potato guy like myself, was challenging but surprisingly good. We put it on kabobs, marinated it a few hours and then bbq it over charcoal. We served it with couscous. I have to say that it was delicious.

The girls also enjoyed it!

The girls get a trim

The girls got their hair trimmed this week. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it home in time to get a picture of Kimberly getting her hair cut.

"Bounce-o-line"

The girls frequently go next door to our neighbors house and jump on the trampoline. Here is a few pictures. Kimberly calls it a bounce-o-line.

The third little girl in these pictures is Ani, our friend and neighbor.
